Harry Potter "Imagine being in Hufflepuff, I think I'd leave, wouldn't you?"

The minutes snailed by. Harry let Lockhart’s voice wash over him, occasionally saying, “Mmm” and “Right” and “Yeah.” Now and then he caught a phrase like, “Fame’s a fickle friend, Harry,” or “Celebrity is as celebrity does, remember that.”

“What did Lockhart want with you, Hagrid?” Harry asked, scratching Fang’s ears.
“Givin’ me advice on gettin’ kelpies out of a well,” growled Hagrid, moving a half-plucked rooster off his scrubbed table and setting down the teapot. “Like I don’ know. An’ bangin’ on about some banshee he banished. If one word of it was true, I’ll eat my kettle.”

HAGRID
I brought you here 16 years ago when you were no bigger than a Bowtruckle. Seems only right that I should be the one to take you away now.

Hermione and Harry have done nothing wrong but try and protect us all. If they’re guilty, then I am too.
HERMIONE looks across at her cohort – moved. RON joins them on the stage.
RON
Just to say – I didn’t know about much of it so can’t take responsibility – and I’m pretty sure my kids had nothing to do with it – but if this lot are standing up here, then so am I.

HARRY
Quite a surprise to see you, Draco. I thought you didn’t believe in my dreams.
DRACO
I don’t, but I do trust your luck. Harry Potter is always where the action is at. And I need my son back with me and safe.

"Excuse me, Professor Flitwick, could I borrow Wood for a moment?"
Wood? thought Harry, bewildered; was Wood a cane she was going to use on
him?

"You don't have to worry about the Quaffle or the Bludgers unless they crack my head open." [Oliver Wood]
"Don't worry, the Weasleys are more than a match for the Bludgers -- I
mean, they're like a pair of human Bludgers themselves."

But from that moment on, Hermione Granger became their friend. There are
some things you can't share without ending up liking each other, and
knocking out a twelve-foot mountain troll is one of them.

"You know how I think they choose people for the Gryffindor team?" said
Malfoy loudly a few minutes later, as Snape awarded Hufflepuff another
penalty for no reason at all. "It's people they feel sorry for. See,
there's Potter, who's got no parents, then there's the Weasleys, who've
got no money -- you should be on the team, Longbottom, you've got no
brains."
